Shipping & Returns Policy

At British Colouring Books Ltd, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, UK-designed colouring books straight to your doorstep. Please read our shipping guidelines and returns policy below.

1. UK Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48 Tracked): 2–3 working days from dispatch — £2.95 (Free on orders over £25.00).
  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail 24 Tracked): 1–2 working days from dispatch — £4.95.

2. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations across Europe, North America, and Australasia via Royal Mail International Tracked services.

  • Europe Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days — calculated at checkout.
  • Rest of World: 5–10 working days — calculated at checkout.

Note: Customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs clearing fees that may apply in destination countries outside the UK.

3. Returns & Cancellation Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return goods to us within 30 days of receiving your parcel.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, uncoloured, and in the same brand-new condition in which you received them.
  • Custom, personalised, or specialist print orders cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, misprinted, or faulty.

4. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our team at hello@britishcolouringbooks.co.uk with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer support team will reply with your return authorisation and warehouse return address.
  3. Package the item securely and post it back using a tracked service (retain your proof of postage).

5. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming receipt. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay) within 3–5 working days.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your colouring book arrives damaged or misprinted, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
