Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from British Colouring Books Ltd. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return any physical item purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and full refund:

  • The colouring book or merchandise must be unused, uncoloured, and in brand-new condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original protective packaging where applicable.
  • Custom, personalized, or digital download products cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is damaged, misprinted, or sent in error, the customer is responsible for paying return postage costs. Return postage fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service (such as Royal Mail Tracked) as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to our warehouse.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Items

If your colouring book arrives damaged, with misprinted pages, or binding defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Send a brief description and photo of the issue to hello@britishcolouringbooks.co.uk. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund, including original postage costs.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@britishcolouringbooks.co.uk with your Order Number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our support team will reply within 24 hours with return authorization and our UK return warehouse address.
  3. Package the item securely and post it back to us via a tracked carrier.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send an email confirming receipt. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method (Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay) within 3–5 working days.
