Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from British Colouring Books Ltd. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Guarantee

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return any physical item purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and full refund:

  • The colouring book or merchandise must be unused, uncoloured, and in brand-new condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
  • Custom, personalized, or digital download products cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is damaged, misprinted, or sent in error, customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service (such as Royal Mail Tracked) as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to our warehouse.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Items

If your colouring book arrives damaged, with misprinted pages, or binding faults, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Send a brief description and photo of the defect to hello@britishcolouringbooks.co.uk. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund, including original postage costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@britishcolouringbooks.co.uk with your Order Number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and warehouse return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and post it back to us.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method (Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay). Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to show on your account.
