1. About Our Books & Paper Quality
What GSM paper do you use in your colouring books?
All our books are printed on heavy-duty, premium UK-sourced paper. This minimizes bleed-through when using gel pens, fine-liners, or light watercolour washes.
Are the illustrations printed on single or double sides?
Every illustration is printed on a single side with a blank reverse page, so you don’t have to worry about ruining a design on the back when using alcohol markers or wet media.
Where are your colouring books created and printed?
All of our artwork is created and curated by British artists, and every book is printed locally in the United Kingdom.
2. Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for quick and secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We dispatch orders rapidly! If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please email hello@britishcolouringbooks.co.uk immediately. If your parcel has already left our facility, you can return it to us upon receipt.
3. Delivery & Returns
How long will UK shipping take?
Standard Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery takes 2–3 working days. Express Royal Mail 24 Tracked takes 1–2 working days. Standard delivery is free on all UK orders over £25.00.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. As long as the book is unused, uncoloured, and in brand-new condition, you can send it back to us for a full refund. Check our Returns Policy for details.
4. Wholesale & Specialist Orders
Do you supply gift shops, heritage sites, and bookshops?
Yes! We offer wholesale trade accounts for UK stockists, tourist centers, and retail stores with low minimum order quantities. Please contact our wholesale department at hello@britishcolouringbooks.co.uk.
